Friday, October 4
7:00 PM – Showcooking in the Villa Purificación Gastronomic Space with Castelló Ruta de Sabor products, by Alejandra Herrador and Emanuel Carlucci, executive chefs of the Atalaya Restaurant in Alcossebre.
10:00 PM – In the Villa Purificación Gastronomic Space, performance by the Rumbas group, “Dúo de Paso”.
Saturday, October 5
10:00 AM – Opening of the points of sale and recharge of the tasting bracelets located in Plaza España and Calle San Vicente.
10:30 AM – Official opening of the Fair and opening of the stands of the Artisan Cheese Fairgrounds.
11:00 AM – Jury meeting for the Tasting-Contest
11:30 AM – Visit of the Authorities
12:00 PM – Presentation of the Fair by the Association of Cheese Makers of the Valencian Community and twinning ceremony with the Cheese Festival of Zuheros, Córdoba.
2:30 PM – On the stage of Calle Manuel Pradas, publication of the jury’s decision and presentation of the awards to the distinguished cheeses at the IX Montanejos Artisan Cheese Fair 2024, sponsored by the Crafts Center of the Valencian Community.
7:00 PM – Tasting-Pairing in the Villa Purificación Gastronomic Space with Castelló Ruta de Sabor products, by José Manuel Manglano and Rosa Vázquez, enlivened with a violin performance by Lucía Marín.
8:00 PM – In the Villa Purificación Gastronomic Space, performance by the group, “PianoDrums”.
Sunday, October 6
10:00-11:30 AM – In the “Campos de Arenoso” room of Villa Purificación, presentation of the papers that make up the “Conference on the dissemination and diffusion of Valencian cheese and dairy farming”
10:30 AM – Opening of the Stands of the Artisan Cheese Fairgrounds.
8:00 PM – Closing and closure of the IX Montanejos Artisan Cheese Fair.
