From August 31 to September 7, the Montanejos 2024 Patron Saint Festivities will be held, in honor of the Virgen del Rosario, the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Ntra. Sra. de los Desamparados.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 31
09:00 Decorating streets and balconies. The collaboration of the town’s residents is requested.
10:00 Popular children’s drawing contest in the Plaza de España and children’s activities organized by the School of the Federation of Hunting of the Valencian Community. In collaboration with the “Chillapájaros” Hunting Club.
11:00 Ticket sales for the Variety show on the 2nd in the Plaza España and for the popular meal on the 6th.
11:15 Popular lunch welcoming the festivities.
11:30 Registration for the truc and guiñote championship.
12:00 Ringing of bells announcing the beginning of the 2024 Patron Saint Festivities.
17:00 Afternoon party on San Jaime street organized by the “A casa no” social club.

18:30 Pilgrimage to La Alquería. Participation is requested from all those who have regional costumes and want to join us on the pilgrimage.
20:00 Procession in honor of the Stma. Virgen de los Desamparados through the streets of La Alquería.
