Instagram Giveaway Rules from @campuebla_apartamentos
1. Giveaway Prize
- A one-night reservation in a one-bedroom apartment for 2 people.
- Rental of 2 mountain bikes for a morning or afternoon.
- Included: 15% discount for the Montanejos Spa, 10% discount for the Bar Las Fuentes, and a €1 discount per person for the Tourist Train, always depending on the availability of these establishments.
- NOT INCLUDED: transportation or board.
2. Giveaway Dates
- Giveaway publication on Instagram: November 25, 2024
- Giveaway duration: Open until December 3, 2024 at 11:59 PM
- Winner announcement: December 4, 2024.
3. How to Participate
In case of improper or disrespectful behavior by the participants, they will be excluded from the giveaway.
To participate, you must:
- Follow our Instagram account @campuebla_apartamentos.
- Like the giveaway post on Instagram.
- Tag 2 people in the comments of the publication. Tags of famous people or brands do not count. You can comment as many times as you want, tagging different people. Each comment counts as an additional
entry.
Extra entries (only for public accounts):
- Share the giveaway publication in your stories and mention @campuebla_apartamentos (1 extra entry).
- Once the previous step is done, you can also share any other publication from our profile in your stories and mention us @campuebla_apartamentos (1 extra entry for each publication shared).
4. Reservation Dates and Conditions
- The reservation must be within one of these periods:
- or from December 9 to 22, 2024
- or from February 7 to March 13, 2025
- or from March 24 to April 10, 2025
- The winner will have until April 3, 2025 to make a reservation within the periods mentioned. If the reservation has not been made by April 3, 2025, the prize will be forfeited.
- The reservation will be subject to the establishment’s availability at the time of the request. It is recommended to make the reservation as far in advance as possible to guarantee availability.
- Check-in is from 12 PM, subject to availability (if the apartment has been occupied the same morning, check-in may be delayed).
- Resale, assignment, or exchange for money of this prize is not allowed. In the event that the winner cannot enjoy the prize, they may transfer it to a person of their choice, both signing a document stating that it has not been exchanged for anything.
- If the winner wishes to add extra nights or additional services, these will be subject to the establishment’s current rates at the time of booking.
5. Regarding the winning account:
- All data will be dumped into an Excel sheet and a random number will be requested from artificial intelligence to choose the winner.
- Impersonal profiles that do not demonstrate real use of the social network will be discarded, that is, profiles without a profile picture, without publications or with less than 10 followers.
- The winning profile will be published in our stories and our profile, and the winner will be contacted by direct message.
- The winner must reply to our message in less than 7 days. If they do not reply to our first contact 7 days later, the giveaway will be repeated, randomly choosing another profile again.
- The winner will have until April 3, 2025 to make a reservation within the periods mentioned in point 4. If the reservation has not been made by April 3, 2025, the prize will be forfeited.
- The winner must provide truthful and sufficient data to manage the reservation (full name, telephone number, and email address).
6. Other general conditions
- The giveaway is open to anyone over 18 years of age.
- This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or associated with this platform.
7. Cancellations or modifications of the giveaway
@campuebla_apartamentos reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the giveaway or the reservation in the event of force majeure circumstances that make it necessary.
