Montanejos Spa

The “Thermal Village” of Montanejos has mineral-medicinal waters with beneficial properties for some diseases or circulatory, digestive, respiratory, dermatological, rheumatic, diuretic problems, as well as for aesthetic, relaxation, health and wellness treatments.

These waters, from the natural spring of Fuente de Baños, with a stable temperature of 25º throughout the year, were declared of Public Utility by Royal Order of October 13, 1863. They are classified as oligometallic with sulfated-magnesium mineralization (700m/l), mixed bicarbonates, and are used in the Montanejos Spa for treatments.

Located just in front of our tourist complex “Campuebla Apartamentos & Spa”, is the “Montanejos Spa” where you can relax or receive medical treatments. It was inaugurated in June 1997, and uses water directly from the “Fuente de los Baños”. These have mineral-medicinal properties and are indicated for diseases of the skin, digestive system and kidney. The center takes advantage of the physical properties of water such as heat, specializing in the treatment of rheumatological and respiratory conditions.
